PowerSchool is seeking a Strategic Services Solution Sales Representative to join their Services Sales team, responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with K-12 school districts and driving revenue through targeted sales strategies.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include developing customer relationships, utilizing data-driven decision-making, managing key accounts, and collaborating with various teams to ensure effective execution of sales strategies.
Skills: Strong communication, relationship management, and sales skills are required, along with proficiency in Salesforce, cloud-based software, and office tools.
Qualifications: Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Preferred qualifications include K-12 educational knowledge and previous sales experience.
Location: This position is based in the US and may require travel to customer events, estimated at 25%.
Compensation: $60800 - $141600 / Annually

The Services Sales team works closely with PowerSchool customers for ongoing success through selling in to the marketplace post-implementation support, troubleshooting, consultation on system setup options, and training on features and functionality. The team sells in to cross-portfolio customers with Day 2 services to continue the customer journey.
The Solution Sales team oversees the selling of various product lines to K-12 school districts. Team members have a deep knowledge of our products and sales best practices, with a focus on growing revenue. This position will work with a set of Strategic named accounts to focus on long-term relationships and developing their customer journey.

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $60,800 - $141,600 USD. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; specific geographic location; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
