Responsibilities: The role includes prospecting and qualifying new customers, maintaining relationships with existing accounts, achieving sales quotas, and offering tailored proposals for multi-year contracts.
Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent presentation and negotiation skills, ability to forecast sales and work collaboratively with internal teams and C-suite clients.
Qualifications: Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and a successful track record in sales, particularly in the K-12 or EdTech sectors.

Compensation: $61800 - $113600 / Annually

The Solution Sales team oversees the selling of Talent product lines to K-12 school districts. Team members have a deep knowledge of our talent products and sales best practices, with a focus on growing revenue.
The Account Representative, Solution Sales is a quota carrying role responsible for collaborating with the field-based sales team to achieve team sales goals for the PowerSchool Talent product lines. Responsible for prospecting, qualifying and building relationships with new customers, and extending relationships with existing customers in the assigned market. While the primary objective of this position is to achieve specific product line sales goals in the Enterprise segment, successful candidates for this role will also have a strong business acumen and be able to serve as a strategic partner to Superintendents, Human Resources Officers, Chief Financial Officers and other school business officials or district administrators.

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $61,800 - $113,600 USD plus applicable commission. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; specific geographic location; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
