Senior Compliance Manager
Skills
- Expertise with federal consumer protection laws including ECOA, TILA, FCRA, FDCPA, EFTA, ESIGN, SCRA/MLA, GLBA, UDAAP, and Fair Lending
- Strong knowledge of banking or consumer finance compliance
- Experience developing and executing Compliance Management Systems
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt to new technologies in a fast-paced environment
- Collaboration skills in a remote and hybrid team setting
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Compliance Management Program for financial products and services
- Coordinate compliance risk assessments and evaluate controls
- Lead monitoring, testing, and reporting to identify and remediate compliance deficiencies
- Advise leadership on compliance risks, regulatory changes, and strategic priorities
- Manage compliance audits, regulatory examinations, and remediation efforts
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Certification as a Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) preferred
