Summary of the Role:
The Account Manager, NBA Travel will provide day-to-day operations support to our NBA clients. The Account Manager, NBA Travel is an effective communicator with a clear focus on performing for our current clients, reporting directly to the VP, NBA Travel & Hotel Partnerships. Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of full-season logistics as it applies to NBA teams/hotels. This person will be responsible for client onboarding, sourcing, contracting, overseeing day-to-day operations, filling Individual Travel requests in a timely manner, and finance & analytics.

Work Environment:
This role operates in a typical business environment, working remotely from an employee’s home office. This role routinely uses a computer and its voice or video call capabilities. This role requires working long hours sitting and staring at a computer, and talking via voice and video calls.
