Technical Account Manager (Remote - US)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Altium. We are currently looking for a Technical Account Manager in the United States.

Accountabilities:

  • Serve as the primary technical liaison for a portfolio of enterprise customers, ensuring successful implementation and use of advanced solutions.
  • Build and maintain deep, trusted relationships by advising on integration, workflows, and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges; escalate to R&D where necessary.
  • Lead strategic business reviews, identify growth opportunities, and support customer retention.
  • Collaborate across teams (Sales, Support, R&D) to align customer needs with evolving product capabilities.
  • Advocate for customer feedback internally and drive initiatives for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor customer engagement and mitigate potential risks early.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years in technical account management, customer success, or client-facing roles in ECAD/EDA.
  • Hands-on experience with Altium products is strongly preferred.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong project management capabilities and collaborative mindset.
  • Competitive salary range: $109,000 – $130,000 based on experience and location.
