Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize high-potential opportunities to accelerate delivery using frontier AI capabilities.
- Collaborate across technical and business teams to harness AI effectively.
- Improve codebases, systems, and knowledge stores for AI legibility.
- Balance quality and velocity with AI tools and agents to shift performance frontiers.
- Stay current with AI tools/models and set an example company-wide.
- Make strategic technology decisions to capitalize on high conviction opportunities.
- Champion an AI-forward culture through leadership and recruiting.
- Build prototypes and production systems, and reengineer infrastructure and processes.
Education
- Equivalent experience reflecting six or more years in relevant tech roles.
