Technical Targeting Analyst - job 3 of 12

Responsibilities

The Technical Targeting Analyst shall assist with identifying and tracking targets of interest related to the office's evolving/changing priorities. Analyst will perform research and analysis as a member of a government and contractor team that conducts signal, imagery, and multi-source intelligence analysis. Analyst will leverage IC tools to provide analysis of threats, patterns, and events to enable operational analysts to understand, manage, and respond to potential threats. 

Qualifications

Required: 

- Active Top Secret/SCI with Poly 

Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA,or 4 additional years of relevant technical experience may be accepted as equivalent.

- 6+ years of experience across technical competencies, such as: analysis, network engineering, network security, vulnerability assessment, technical collection, penetration testing, red teaming, hardware engineering, software reverse engineering, cyber operations, and/or computer network exploitation. 

- 3+ cumulative years of experience across multiple INTs

- Experience analyzing current and emerging intelligence issues, and creating intelligence reports 

- Ability to perform technical analysis and exploitation of data sets, utilizing a variety of analyst tool and databases, to provide unique insights into targeting and collection efforts

- Experience using social media as a tool to benefit intelligence and analysis/collection

- Experience identifying the people, relationships, and organizations that have access to the information needed to disrupt counterintelligence threats

Target Salary Range

$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
