Responsibilities: Oversee career development training, provide coaching on various job readiness topics, manage learner performance and attendance, and facilitate career advisement sessions.
Skills: 3-5 years in workforce development, job readiness coaching, adult learning principles, proficiency in Salesforce and Google Suite.
Qualifications: Experience in talent acquisition or organizational development within the tech sector is a plus; strong oral and written communication skills required.
