Reconstruction Project Coordinator

At Paul Davis Restoration, we don’t just rebuild properties—we restore peace of mind. We’re looking for a sharp, organized Reconstruction Project Coordinator to support our Project Managers and Sales team in keeping jobs on track, on budget, and stress-free for our customers.
What You'll Do:
- Support project managers and sales teams with compliance, coordination, and documentation.
- Create and write estimates using Xactimate or Symbility software.
- Prepare and track contracts, change orders, and building permits.
- Schedule subcontractors/trades and manage calendar invites.
- Maintain project records including notes, photos, and uploads in RMS.
- Monitor and reconcile project budgets and approved invoices weekly.
- Order construction materials and manage delivery timelines.
- Collect Certificates of Satisfaction and close out jobs upon completion.
- Keep schedules updated in RMS, XactAnalysis, Alacnet, and other platforms.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and support job tracking.
- Invoice per contract terms and support payment collections.
- Assist with gathering customer feedback and Google reviews.
What You Bring:
- Construction or restoration experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office & project platforms
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and great with people
- A valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
