Path Vacations is ready to reimagine our offsite promotions program, and we’re looking for a visionary Event Sales Director to take the reins. This is a high-impact role with significant growth potential, ideal for someone who’s ready to energize our team and turn bold ideas into big results. 

Important: This position requires extensive travel (approximately 80% of your work hours) across New England, including evenings and weekends.
 

What You'll Own 

  • Team Leadership and Performance 
  • Hire, coach, and lead a team of 8 to 15 promotional staff across the region 
  • Build a culture of accountability, motivation, and success 
  • Manage scheduling, payroll, training, and KPIs to drive consistent results 
  • Event Strategy and Lead Generation 
  • Oversee event operations at concerts, festivals, sporting events, and trade shows 
  • Develop and execute high-converting campaigns and interactive promotions 
  • Identify new venue opportunities and scale presence across multiple markets 
  • Systems, Innovation, and Growth 
  • Redesign our current lead generation system with scalable processes 
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to expand our partner and venue network 
  • Manage event budgets, equipment, and promotional assets with precision 
  • Bring fresh, strategic ideas that enhance performance and elevate our brand

Requirements

 

What You Bring 

  • 3 to 5 years of experience leading sales or promotional event teams 
  • A track record of driving lead generation and exceeding growth targets 
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills 
  • High energy and self-motivation with a passion for fast-paced environments 
  • Ability to travel throughout New England (company vehicle provided)
