Skills
- 6+ years experience in backend or systems software development.
- Proficiency in Rust, C++, C, or other system-level programming languages.
- Experience leading development of distributed systems or cloud applications.
- Strong understanding of networking, concurrency, and system performance.
- Experience working with Linux-based environments and production infrastructure.
- Technical leadership while remaining hands-on.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of a distributed backend system integrating with external control and logistics platforms.
- Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and vehicle teams to translate requirements into maintainable code.
- Implement core backend services and APIs focusing on performance, robustness, and security.
- Guide architecture decisions and ensure technical alignment across systems.
- Own full development lifecycle including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
- Mentor engineers and promote technical excellence and code quality.
