Skills
- Expertise in full-stack development including Node.js and React preferred
- Strong experience with security practices and compliance in regulated environments
- Proficient with DevOps practices such as CI/CD and automated testing
- Experience with databases like MongoDB or MySQL
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions effectively
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Own and execute platform security strategy across all products and infrastructure
- Build and maintain security tooling, monitoring, and automated security testing pipelines
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and compliance teams to embed security into development workflows
- Write, debug, and optimize new and existing code for web apps, APIs, databases, and infrastructure
- Ship new features frequently and incrementally through pair programming and code reviews
- Contribute to cross-team technical improvements and infrastructure investments
- Support and enhance build and delivery pipelines
- Lead and grow engineering culture focusing on rapid iteration, collaboration, and best practices
- Help unblock and mentor teammates while promoting psychological safety and collaboration
Education
- Relevant technical education or equivalent professional experience
