Senior Manager of Growth Marketing

This role reports to the Director of Growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Ottimate’s marketing efforts for the retail vertical, owning strategy and execution to drive pipeline and revenue across a variety of channels.
  • Plan and launch integrated campaigns across paid media, content syndication, email, webinars, ABM, direct mail, and digital/physical events.
  • Partner closely with the Sales and SDR teams to ensure alignment on campaign strategy, lead follow-up, and pipeline progression.
  • Execute pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up to maximize conversion and ROI from field, sponsored, and virtual events.
  • Partner with content, creative, and product marketing teams to develop persona-driven assets tailored to the retail buyer journey.
  • Track and optimize campaign performance through MQLs, pipeline, MRR, velocity, and channel-specific KPIs.
  • Own and optimize the use of our martech stack (Marketo, Salesforce, Drift, 6Sense, etc.) to scale and automate programs.
  • Continuously test new growth channels and tactics to increase reach and improve performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven success building and executing full-funnel campaigns that generate pipeline and revenue.
  • Strong analytics skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and content syndication platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Marketo, Drift, and 6Sense
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience marketing into the retail vertical is a plus
