The Learning Specialist creates innovative technical and non-technical learning content for Origami colleagues and partners looking to build Origami configuration skills and grow their overall knowledge. In this role, you will focus on translating complex topics into engaging, digestible, and scalable educational experiences in a variety of delivery formats for a range of end users. You must be comfortable working autonomously as well as with SMEs and stakeholders and have a natural affinity for gaining deep expertise yourself.
A successful candidate in this role brings a background in curriculum development for technical SaaS products and instructional design, system administrator, or software development skills. To be successful in this position, you will need to learn new skills at a quick pace to keep up with product enhancements and actively contribute to the ongoing innovation of practice.
Starting base pay for this role is between $93,000 and $116,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs, training, location, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role will be eligible for a bonus as well as competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits, wellness reimbursement, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match. We offer vacation and sick leave benefits (under a flexible time off policy in most states).
