Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement of Owner Furnished Items for regional real estate projects ensuring brand alignment and operational standards.
- Manage and cultivate a robust vendor network, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with legal and procurement teams.
- Strategically manage international procurement including tariffs, logistics, import compliance, and raw material costing.
- Partner cross-functionally with design, construction, project management, and procurement to balance priorities and resolve challenges.
- Champion procurement process improvements and implement scalable tools for better transparency, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure all OFI selections meet sustainability, design, and functional requirements for diverse environments.
- Support broader procurement strategies by sharing market insights and developing approved vendor networks.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in business, supply chain management, or related field
