We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to support and optimize our procurement and supply chain operations. What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute strategic procurement plans to support production and business needs
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective, high-quality, and on-time delivery of materials
- Manage vendor relationships and track performance using key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast material requirements to avoid shortages or excess inventory
- Issue and track purchase orders through to successful delivery and fulfillment
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including operations, logistics, engineering, and finance
- Maintain accurate records in ERP and inventory management systems
- Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, reduce costs, and increase supply chain efficiency
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and industry regulations
