Responsibilities
- Create and deliver scalable onboarding programs across global time zones.
- Manage employee offboarding processes including exit surveys and communication.
- Serve as primary HR contact for employee inquiries on benefits, policies, and time off.
- Maintain accurate employee records and support HR compliance and reporting.
- Coordinate global payroll and employee benefits administration.
- Perform HR data audits and drive process improvements in HR systems.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
