HR Generalist

Obsidian Security is a fast-growing SaaS security company backed by top investors and trusted by global enterprises. They seek an experienced HR Generalist to manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, payroll, and benefit administration across global locations while fostering a positive employee experience.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably Rippling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver scalable onboarding programs across global time zones.
  • Manage employee offboarding processes including exit surveys and communication.
  • Serve as primary HR contact for employee inquiries on benefits, policies, and time off.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and support HR compliance and reporting.
  • Coordinate global payroll and employee benefits administration.
  • Perform HR data audits and drive process improvements in HR systems.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
