What you'll be doing:
Drive ODM readiness across NVIDIA’s software stacks, ensuring partners can integrate, validate, and support end-to-end solutions.
Enable and align ODMs to support NVIDIA's low-level software stack, including firmware, drivers, BMC, and platform management tools.
Translate NVIDIA software capabilities into actionable integration and validation requirements across ODM platforms.
Represent partner needs and integration challenges back into internal product and engineering roadmaps—driving alignment and accelerating execution.
Develop scalable enablement frameworks including documentation, tooling, standard methodologies, and templates for ODMs to efficiently implement NVIDIA software.
Track partner execution across key milestones—from initial software bring-up to platform certification, performance tuning, and deployment readiness.
What we need to see:
12+ years of experience in product management, software engineering, or technical partner enablement in enterprise platforms, AI systems, or embedded technologies.
Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience); Master's degree preferred.
Strong understanding of low-level system software, including firmware, drivers, BMC, and hardware abstraction layers.
Demonstrated ability to work across software product teams and hardware ODM partners to align on deliverables and solve integration challenges.
Familiarity with modern AI software stacks.
Proven success driving partner enablement in matrixed, fast-paced environments.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Familiarity with NVIDIA’s ecosystem.
Experience enabling global ODMs on complex AI platforms—from design through validation and volume deployment.
Technical depth in systems integration, real-time computing, cloud-native stacks, or secure provisioning.
Knowledge of firmware customization, system telemetry, or orchestration in the data center.
Multilingual capabilities (Mandarin a plus), given frequent interaction with Asia-based ODM partners.

The base salary range is 208,000 USD - 327,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
