The Sr. Product Manager - Enabling Technology offers a unique opportunity to provide downstream marketing support for Medtronic’s leading portfolio of Enabling Technology, including navigation and robotics for spine surgery—products that are at the heart of our groundbreaking AiBLE ecosystem. With exposure to large-scale product launches, significant visibility across the organization, and extensive customer engagement opportunities, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how we deliver innovative solutions to patients and surgeons. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and broader marketing organizations—including large capital, powered instruments, core spine, and imaging—you’ll be at the forefront of advancing spine surgery technology.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Commercialize Enabling Technology spine platforms and products (capital, software, instruments and disposables)
Develop and execute annual marketing plan for assigned product
Cultivate physician relationships and gain insights to identify potential market adoption challenges and develop plans to address
Identify needs for collateral and other sales support materials; partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop campaigns, positioning, and collateral
Understand competitive and market dynamics, distill trends and data into actionable insights
Product management tasks for new and existing products such as forecasting, pricing, positioning, messaging, and commercialization planning
Serve as a technical expert to support field and end users; establishing and maintaining a high level of product and clinical knowledge
Effectively demonstrate product, including communication of value proposition to customers
Prepare and present regular updates to management
Travel requirement: Up to 25%
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Nice to Have
MBA or Master’s Degree in related field
Strong experience in downstream marketing for surgical navigation, robotics, or medical software
Experience in spinal procedures and markets
