NVIDIA is searching for an outstanding Networking Solutions Architect Manager to lead a team focused on working with a world leading CSP. Your responsibility will be to lead 5-10 Solutions Architects, while partnering with Sales, Customer Program Management, Product Management and Product Development Engineering to influence and support an industry giant while providing Product Feedback to NVIDIA. You and your team will be responsible for the architecture of some of the largest and most sophisticated network fabrics in the world. Will provide guidance in: Ethernet and Infiniband, NICs, DPUs and Switches and Data Center architecture and operations.
What you’ll be doing:
As a key leader of a focused account team you will be the technical evangelist, responsible for developing the technical elements of the sales strategy and ensuring the delivery of those elements.
Be a trusted advisor to your customer and deeply understand their environment including its constraints. Translate this into product requirements and solutions as well as help them and NVIDIA see around corners to avoid problems. Help your customer to get the most value out of NVIDIA technology and help NVIDIA know how to craft better products in the future.
Shepherd your customer’s issues to resolution quickly and efficiently and ensure we provide timely advance warning of issues.
Develop and grow your team to ensure we have the appropriate technical and other skills to continue to meet your customers need in an ever evolving space.
What we need to see:
BS in EE, CS, Math, or Physics or equivalent experience
5 or more years leading a team and 10 plus overall years of relevant experience
In-depth knowledge of computer systems architecture focusing on networking
Familiarity with advanced networking architecture, particularly in large scale HPC environments.
Significant software development and deployment experience
Detailed knowledge of Data Center architectures and the economics large scale deployments.
Comprehensive understanding of network management, collaborative problem solving and telemetry.
Excellent interpersonal skills including ability to explain sophisticated technical topics to non-experts
Ability to lead a top notch team and keep them motivated and productive
Track record on working with other organizations/groups to deliver and integrated work product to your customer
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
GPU or AI experience
Cloud development/deployment experience
Large scale systems management experience
Experience with mentoring and developing people in cutting edge technology areas
Advanced management training

The base salary range is 272,000 USD - 471,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
