Salon Business Development Manager (Kansas City or Minneapolis)

Nutrafol is a pioneering hair wellness company developing clinically tested hair growth products. They seek a Salon Business Development Manager for the Kansas City or Minneapolis metro area to drive salon sales growth and brand loyalty through new and existing business development.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with salon owners, stylists, and employees
  • Manage both new business development and existing salon accounts
  • Develop and execute salon-level sell-in and sell-through strategies
  • Conduct in-salon presentations and product education classes
  • Launch new salons and retail accounts
  • Achieve revenue goals through education, consultation, and sales
  • Support retail sales with merchandising and promotions
  • Maintain systematic meeting schedules for assigned accounts
  • Plan and assist regional and national business development and educational events
  • Attend all company meetings and training sessions
  • Travel up to 70% within the territory

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years relevant sales and retail experience
  • Salon professional outside sales and salon industry experience required
