Provider Partnerships Regional Manager (Seattle, WA)

Nourish is an AI-native healthcare startup improving health outcomes through nutrition. They are seeking a Provider Partnerships Regional Manager to lead and develop a team focused on scaling revenue by partnering with healthcare providers.

Skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Provider Partnerships Managers (PPMs) to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Hire, train, and onboard new team members
  • Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions with team members
  • Perform virtual and in-person ride-alongs with PPMs to provide feedback and share best practices
  • Implement performance management processes to optimize team effectiveness
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment aligned with company values

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
