At the heart of Defining Possible is our commitment to missions. In rapidly changing global security environments, Northrop Grumman brings informed insights and software-secure technology to enable strategic planning. We’re looking for innovators who can help us keep building on our wide portfolio of secure, affordable, integrated, and multi-domain systems and technologies that fuel those missions. By joining in our shared mission, we’ll support you by expanding your personal network and developing skills, whether you are new to the field, or an industry thought leader. At Northrop Grumman, you’ll have the resources, support, and team to do some of the best work of your career.
We are looking for you to join our team as a Principal Analog Integrated Circuit Design Engineer/Senior Principal Analog Integrated Circuit Design Engineer based out of Linthicum, MD.
What You’ll get to Do:
The EDIC group delivers full-custom ICs to provide the core functionality of our Advanced Multifunction Sensor products. In support of that activity, we are seeking a Principal/Sr. Principal Analog Integrated Circuit Design Engineer for design and implementation of the analog circuits which provide regulated voltages currents and sense RF signals as well as other circuit operating conditions. The analog parameters are supplied in digital form for use by the host system to allow accurate control, test and instrumentation. Most of our designs operate at radio and microwave frequencies but we also design circuits to operate in the optical frequency range from Long Wave IR to the visible part of the spectrum. For these circuits the analog circuitry is in the primary signal path and provides wide dynamic range signal processing and conversion
This position description does not represent a current opening but may be used to identify candidates with skills and experience for positions within Northrop Grumman that frequently become available. Candidates who express an interest may be considered for future positions at Northrop Grumman.
