POSITION SUMMARY

The Digital Marketing Specialist at NFI Parts will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that elevate the company's brand, generate leads, and support overall business growth. This role involves managing online campaigns, social media efforts, email marketing, and website content, ensuring alignment with business objectives and target audience needs.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies for enhanced digital presence.
  • Manage and grow NFI Parts' social media platforms, creating engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of email marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with branding and messaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital platforms.
  • Work on search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to increase website traffic and improve search rankings.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and insights for effective marketing strategies.
  • Monitor digital marketing budgets and manage resources efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in social media management and content creation.
  • Experience with SEO, PPC, and online advertising strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with a results-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency with HTML, PHP coding and Adobe Creative Suite.
