We are excited to announce that we are now accepting applications for FALL interns in NY & LA.
NEON internships are about real-world experience, bold storytelling, and supporting the kind of boundary-pushing projects that define our brand. For college students interested in creative careers, landing an internship with a leading independent film studio like NEON can be a true career catalyst, offering hands-on exposure to the industry, meaningful connections, and mentorship from professionals who are passionate about visionary cinema.
We’re looking for curious, driven students who want a front-row seat to how independent films make their way into the world. As a generalist intern, you won’t be locked into one department. Instead, you’ll get exposure to everything ...marketing, publicity, sales, acquisitions, and work alongside other interns who are embedded in those specific areas.
You’ll jump between projects, pitch in where help is needed, and get a real sense of how all the moving parts of film distribution connect. This internship is designed for people who like to learn by doing, who aren’t afraid to ask questions, and who want to be part of something dynamic and collaborative. You’ll be part of a team that cares deeply about film and about mentoring the next generation of talent behind the scenes.
If that sounds like your kind of environment, we’d love to hear from you.
