Nelnet is seeking an Agentic AI Architect to drive the effective integration of AI agents across the organization, ensuring cohesive collaboration and practical value in AI tools. This role involves establishing standards and governance frameworks while promoting a mature AI environment.
Responsibilities: Develop and manage AI agent standards, facilitate training on best practices, monitor KPIs for agent performance, and collaborate across teams to enhance AI integration.
Skills: Strong knowledge in AI and LLMs, technical application experience with agent development, excellent communication skills, and analytical problem-solving abilities are essential.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, proven success in AI enablement, strategic thinking, and active participation in the AI community are preferred.
Location: This position is based in Lincoln, Nebraska, USA.
Compensation: $135000 - $185000 / Annually
