Responsibilities
- Architect event-driven AWS serverless components using Lambda, Step Functions, S3, EventBridge, SNS/SQS, and Fargate.
- Design and implement AI transformation pipelines with foundation-model APIs and LangChain/Langraph, enabling Retrieval-Augmented Generation patterns.
- Develop and oversee GraphQL APIs and internal dashboards using React and Next.js.
- Integrate and manage high-throughput Kafka streaming systems.
- Champion system observability through CloudWatch and Datadog with actionable alerting and metrics.
- Coach and mentor engineers fostering growth mindset and an inclusive culture.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business goals into actionable roadmaps and manage sprint planning and delivery.
- Establish and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines with security scanning and automated release gates.
- Drive AI-specific testing such as prompt regression, hallucination detection, and evaluation harnesses alongside unit and integration tests.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
- Advanced degrees preferred but not mandatory.
