Director of Strategic Accounts - Gulf Coast

Natera is a global leader in cfDNA testing focused on oncology and precision health, seeking a Director of Strategic Accounts to develop and implement high-level strategies, build partnerships, and drive revenue growth across major health systems and KOLs in the Gulf Coast region.

Skills

  • Proven track record of new market development and rapid revenue growth.
  • Strong knowledge of oncology, pathology, and laboratory diagnostics.
  • Proficiency in strategic sales methodologies (e.g., Miller Heiman, SPIN).
  • Effective time management and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Gmail, and Salesforce.com.
  • Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational and clinical environments.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Natera’s technology and services at executive and KOL levels.
  • Develop and execute plans for rapid product distribution with minimal supervision.
  • Build and sustain relationships with key customer segments internally and externally.
  • Educate and recruit Key Opinion Leaders in Oncology, Hematology, Pathology, and Surgery.
  • Assist with recruitment and training of Directors of Strategic Accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to maximize business development and partnership opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans based on market assessments and sales goals.
  • Attend local, regional, and national trade shows, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Drive exceptional revenue growth with a sense of urgency.
  • Manage extensive travel (approximately 75%) across the designated territory.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Background in medical or biological sciences preferred.
