Inside Sales Representative

The InProduction team has spent the better part of the last decade combining the best seating and staging companies into a one-stop shop for most of what is needed to produce an event. Starting with SGA Production Services, we added and integrated T&B Equipment, CommuniLux Productions, Nussli U.S., and Seating Solutions to become today’s InProduction. These acquisitions have allowed InProduction to evolve into the largest provider of temporary seating, staging, structures, and scenic production for the United States events industry.

This is not your typical entry-level sales role. Our Inside Sales Representative position is built for individuals who are serious about launching a long-term career in the live events industry—and who want a clear path to future roles in outside sales or business development.

You’ll work closely with our senior sales leaders, marketing team, and operations staff to generate leads, support proposals, and help turn interest into action. You’ll get hands-on exposure to high-profile events across sports, entertainment, and media—while building real skills in sales strategy, communication, and client engagement.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer support, business development, or a similar role

• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot a plus)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

• Highschool Diploma

What You'll Do

• Support Sales Growth: Generate leads, qualify inbound inquiries, and assist with targeted outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn.

• Own the CRM: Manage data hygiene in HubSpot, ensuring we always have up-to-date and accurate information on leads and opportunities.

• Collaborate on Proposals: Work with sales reps to create proposal packets and prepare presentation materials for client pitches.

• Surface New Opportunities: Monitor industry events, construction projects, and RFP listings to find new business opportunities.

• Drive Team Efficiency: Help coordinate sales follow-ups, build reports, and keep internal systems moving smoothly.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Office-based role with standard business hours

• Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds
