We're seeking someone to join our [ISG Finance Projects] team as a [Fixed Income Finance Project Manager] in [ISG Finance] to [work closely with Business Unit Controller teams across the globe, as well as with various partner teams across Finance, Operations, FID Business Unit, and Technology on delivering strategic CTB initiatives and ensuring the teams maintain an effective control environment.].
In the Finance division, we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management, review, analysis and advisory services of the Firm's financial and capital resources. This is a Director level position within the Product Controllers Job Family which specializes in ensuring adequacy of controls, profit and loss and balance sheet reporting and reconciliations for a segment / business / product area, as well as management reporting across business segments or cross functional end-to-end product oversight.

What you'll do in the role:
> Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm
> Responsible for and lead aspects of individual and team deliverables and projects, leveraging in-depth knowledge of Finance functional area, product and/or client segments
> Adhere to the Firm's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls; proactively identify ways to reduce risk in work
> Act as a culture carrier; embody and set an example of the Firm's values and hold yourself and others accountable to Firm standards
> Work as a member of the Global Fixed Income (FID) Finance Project team on various Change the Bank initiatives
> Partner with various groups in driving forward projects to enhance controls, reduce risk, comply with regulatory requirements and improve efficiency for the Firm
> Provide business analysis support and work with subject matter experts to translate requirement into Change the Bank (CTB) system requirements by working closely with Finance, Operations and IT stakeholders
> Create and deliver presentations to senior project sponsors and stakeholders
> Know how to assess and connect current processes to the right controls and/or remediation
> Build effective relationships between Finance, Business Managers, Subject Matter Experts, Technology and other stakeholders globally, as the custodian of change and guardian of the books and records within Finance]
What you'll bring to the role:
> In-depth knowledge of Finance functional area, product and/or client segment and technical skills, as well as of industry and competitive environment
> Ability to operate independently with respect to most job responsibilities
> Ability to provide positive and constructive feedback and innovate processes
> 5-7 years of experience in a Business Analyst / Project Manager or similar type role
> Product Control/Agile experience is a plus, but not required
> Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple projects concurrently, and prioritize workload
> Non-linear, strategic and analytical mindset, problem solving skills, flexibility
> Attention to detail, organized and able to effectively juggle various priorities
> Aptitude for working in a swiftly changing and dynamic environment
> Ability to develop and maintain relationships with business units and other operational groups
> Willingness to work with virtual teams across varying regions towards the achievement of common goals
> Good interpersonal and communication skills; capable of communicating clearly and concisely to various levels of audience and to both business and IT
> Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint]
> At least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role

Salary range for the position: $70,000-$125,000/Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
