Skills
- Proficiency in financial planning tools like Pigment or Adaptive
- Strong financial modeling skills including 3-statement modeling
- Advanced spreadsheet and data modeling skills including VBA and Power Pivot
- Experience with Netsuite preferred; Workday and Looker are pluses
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close cycles
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Lead monthly forecast cycles including preparation and presentation of insights to finance leadership
- Drive consolidated planning processes and maintain integrated financial models
- Develop executive-level reporting including dashboards, management packages, and board materials
- Improve and automate reporting processes using Pigment, Looker, and related tools
- Translate business strategies into financial impact through investment evaluation and ROI analyses
- Support transformation of legacy reporting processes to scalable and forward-looking tools
- Partner with accounting to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and alignment between actuals and forecasts
- Contribute to development and maintenance of three-statement models and scenario-based forecasts
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics, Business or related quantitative field
