Responsibilities
- Partner with product, engineering, legal, accounting, and finance teams on new products and business expansions.
- Provide daily and strategic tax guidance to minimize risks and support company goals.
- Manage cross-functional projects including new product launches, expansions, and process improvements.
- Ensure tax compliance by detailed analysis of product initiatives and business operations.
- Communicate project status, plans, and issues with stakeholders at all levels.
- Develop scalable tax playbooks documenting tax policies and procedures.
- Advise on strategic tax planning initiatives and legislative developments.
- Manage external tax advisors as needed.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or professional tax certification preferred.
