Responsibilities
- Lead consolidation, analysis, and presentation of financial data including budgets, forecasts, and actuals.
- Develop financial models and business cases for manufacturing initiatives and capital investments.
- Design and maintain profitability and investment frameworks for evaluating ROI and scenario planning.
- Act as finance lead and strategic advisor for manufacturing leadership, translating financial results into business recommendations.
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, engineering, supply chain, and FP&A teams to align plans and execution.
- Lead cost reduction and margin improvement initiatives with cost-benefit analysis and tracking.
- Develop and improve reporting processes and tools, automating monthly close, forecasting, and planning activities.
- Support long-range business planning, benchmarking, and strategic initiatives.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
