Skills
- Expertise in machine learning production environments and shipping user-facing models.

- Familiarity with AI tooling, open-source ecosystems, and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
- Experience in design of experiments, large-scale A/B testing, and responsible AI.
Responsibilities
- Drive large open-ended machine learning projects from conception to completion.
- Identify strategic opportunities to enhance Firefox with Large Language Models.
- Lead the design, development, and integration of AI and machine learning models.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and design teams.
- Stay current with AI advancements and lead thought leadership and team upskilling.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required.
- Advanced degrees (Master's, PhD) preferred.
