Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement internal observability libraries and tooling following industry best practices.
- Identify, propose, and implement performance improvements across the technology stack autonomously.
- Build resources to help application and infrastructure teams pinpoint performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to solve customer-impacting performance issues.
- Own projects end-to-end from design through large-scale rollout.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing to foster continuous performance improvement across engineering.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
