The eSports Program Instructor II is responsible for supervising, monitoring, and maintaining the eSports lounge and equipment at the Edwards Field House. This position oversees leagues and tournaments, classes, camps, and clinics for all ages in both group and individual settings. POSITION DETAILS
Job Title: eSports Program Instructor II
Location: Edwards Field House (Edwards, CO)
Schedule: Part-Time; Year-Round
Work Environment: Duties are performed both indoors and outdoors. Work schedule is varied but generally requires weekday hours with occasional weekends and holidays. The flow of work and character of duties involve normal mental and visual attention much or all the time. Physical exertion includes frequent walking, bending and the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted, pushing, pulling, and kneeling to store, set-up, and clean-up equipment and supplies. Job stress may include dealing with crowds, uncooperative participants, difficult individuals, exposure to childhood illness, and periods of continuous demand.
Supervision Required: Works under the supervision of the Program Instructor II, Facility Supervisor, or Facility Coordinator
Supervision Exercised: Responsible for overseeing Program Instructor I, assistants, and volunteers.
Salary: $20.47 - $25.59/hour DOE; staff in this position are eligible for a $1/hour incentive for Spanish/English bilingual and can pass the language competency test.
