The Pricing and Reporting Director will lead the development of our pricing strategy and analysis in support of merchandising, marketing and operations teams to achieve our overall business goal of profitable growth. The Pricing and Reporting Director is responsible for leading a Team to analyze industry and consumer trends, developing long-term strategies for pricing and analytics. Responsible for ensuring consistent review and analysis of leading indicators for consumer and industry trends, the Director will maximize consumer appeal through pricing, promotion, and product range management. This position reports directly to the Sr. Director, Supply Chain and Category Management.
Compensation: The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $145,000 annually. This role is eligible for additional compensation and incentives. Pay will be determined based on experience level.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners and fax machines. Position requires prolonged periods of sitting/standing at a desk and working on a computer.
