- Experience using Agile methodology and Agile development tools.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Figma or Visio, Microsoft Office, Jira, and Confluence.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Support Senior Product Manager in generating use cases and identifying edge cases for comprehensive product requirements.
- Create and groom Jira tickets; assist with managing the product backlog.
- Participate in weekly grooming calls.
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to review technical and operational product specifications.
- Manage product collateral ensuring legal and compliance approval.
- Maintain product documentation including specifications, user flows, and process workflows.
- Assist in defining product requirements with engineering and design teams.
- Develop and perform UAT testing for product releases.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or equivalent professional experience.
