Responsibilities
- Assist in writing and refining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Support competitive research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
- Help define and track feature metrics, success criteria, and product usage data.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to support feature planning and execution.
- Document internal tools, workflows, and release notes for new product features.
- Conduct QA testing and file bugs or UX improvements before feature launches.
- Participate in user research sessions and help summarize learnings for the product team.
- Help support and maintain our user feedback, help center, and support materials.
Education
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Design, or a related field
