3+ years of experience managing design teams for high-volume consumer products or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams through product development cycles or equivalent experience 8+ years of experience in mechanical product design Experience in mass production, working with both domestic and overseas manufacturing BS in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science or equivalent Experience using handheld and wearable electronics Experience with various tooling processes with metal and composite materials
