Northrop Grumman Space Systems – Launch and Missile Defense Systems has an exciting career opportunity for a DevOps Software Engineer / Principal DevOps Software Engineer to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Colorado Springs, CO.
Position Overview:
As part of the Specialized Warfighter Development Contract (SWDC) the Warfighter Simulations and Services (WSS) team offers opportunities to support the U.S. Missile Defense System through the development of Modeling and Simulation applications used in warfighter training and exercises, concept evaluation, developmental engineering, testing and verification, and assessment.
The selected DevOps Software Engineer will design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support the Missile Defense Advanced Simulation (MDASim) project on the Specialized Warfighter Development Contract (SWDC). In addition, this role designs, develops, tests, documents and integrates simulation products for MDASim using C++ and/or C# programming languages on Windows operating systems.
