The Engineering Manager - Quality Program Support will lead a team of talented engineers at our Rice Creek site. This role is pivotal in driving new product introductions and will play a key role in mentoring and coaching engineers, ensuring successful project execution, and contributing to the Quality Leadership team.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Lead and manage Program Support quality engineers working on mid- to large-scale projects, including continuous improvement initiatives, programmatic savings, and CAPA projects.
Ensure effective resource allocation and management to support various projects across the Twin Cities Campus.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and functions to ensure project success and alignment with organizational goals.
Participate on the Quality Leadership team, offering insights and strategies to improve quality across the campus.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science or technical field with 5+ years of work experience in Engineering, Quality, and/or experience in a regulated industry OR Advanced Degree in Engineering, Science or technical field with 3+ years of work experience in Engineering, Quality, and/or experience in a regulated industry
Nice to Have
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across teams and functions.
Experience in resource management and allocation in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with leadership practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
