Responsibilities
- Manage the Quoting Tech team of professional engineers including C++ and C# developers.
- Ensure stability and rapid feature development of Maven’s Options Market Making production environment.
- Oversee design, development, and deployment of trading applications by the team.
- Prioritize and schedule work for direct reports.
- Manage team resources, technology, and training needs.
- Write low-latency software using C++ and Python for analysis.
- Apply knowledge of quoting and derivatives trading algorithms in low latency environment.

- Master’s degree required.
