Overview
Develop strong consumer experiences and solution design to scale Mastercard’s merchant solutions such as Click to Pay, Secure Card On File and Tokenization solutions through partners.

Role
• Drive the successful implementation of key reference customers (PSP/ISV and merchants).
• Lead technical discovery and solution development workshops with the customers and design best in class consumer experiences and scalable technical solutions that delivers on the business goals.
• Provide specialist support to the sales teams in pre- and post-sale partner and merchant meetings with detailed technical understanding of product features to identify and implement solutions.
• Be the voice of the customer to incorporate customer feedback in the product design and help inform global product roadmap.
• Provide expert level product and technical implementation support to Customer Delivery and customers implementing the solutions.
• Communicate situationally with technically literate and non-literate stakeholders to build and implement new features as required.
• Provide local support and training to Customer Delivery teams (and customers where required) on the product and best practices in implementation.
• Liaise with the support organization to ensure key customer operational and support issues are managed effectively and the sales teams are adequately briefed on any issues.

About You
• Position requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related and seven (7) years of experience in job offered or as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Technical SME, Business Analyst, or related.
• Qualifying experience must include experience with each of the following: SME (7 years); Designing scalable consumer experiences (2 years); Designing payment products (5 years); Payment processing flows (5 years); Payment technologies (5 years); Product management (7 years).
• Rate of pay: $184,862 – $237,000 / year.
• Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
• Option to work from home-based office exists. May reside anywhere within the United States.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance), flexible spending account and health savings account, paid leaves (including 16 weeks new parent leave, up to 20 paid days bereavement leave), 10 annual paid sick days, 10 or more annual paid vacation days based on level, 5 personal days, 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays, 401k with a best-in-class company match, deferred compensation for eligible roles, fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities, eligibility for tuition reimbursement, gender-inclusive benefits and many more.
