The Student Intern is a valuable role to the MGB Digital team! The Summer 2025 intern will work M-F and gain valuable experience in Strategy and Operations.


 

Job Summary

What You'll Do


• Support Digital Excellence project & program management
• Participate and document project requirements and deadlines
• Assist in coordination of monthly Digital Work & Learn Day seminars
• Work with communication experts to support projects, including website updates, monthly newsletter, and media articles
• Conducts analysis on Digital culture and engagement data sets to identify key themes, metrics, learnings, and recommendations
• Take notes and minutes during meetings
• Shadow multiple positions within team and train in a variety of tasks
• Assist in planning MGB Partners' Day to gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration.
• Shadow project managers to learn about project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Support project execution, ensuring timely completion and adherence to best practices.
• Contribute to the planning and coordination of projects, gaining hands-on experience in project management.
• Track project progress, manage resources, and assist in risk mitigation.
• Provide meeting support by preparing materials, taking notes, and ensuring follow-up actions.
• Collaborate on assessing operational workflows and suggesting process improvements.
• Assist in creating and executing operational plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Contribute to strategic decision-making through data analysis and identifying growth opportunities.
• Participate in designing operational frameworks and managing resources, timelines, and budgets.
• Help with project prioritization, resource allocation, and risk management in strategy sessions.
• Monitor and evaluate strategic initiatives and operations for optimization.
• Support the development of presentations and reports on operational performance and strategy progress.
• Gain exposure to performance metrics and KPIs for measuring success.
• Performs other duties as assigned



Skills & Abilities


• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• High degree of initiative and enthusiasm for learning new technology concepts and working with new tools and sources of information.
• Strong PC / Microsoft application skills including Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Comfortable with data and analysis


 

Qualifications

Education

  • Enrolled in undergraduate degree coursework


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Must be reliable and punctual.

  • Excellent management skills.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to take and follow direction.

  • Willingness to learn.

Schedule requirements:

  • This internship will run July - August

  • M-F Hybrid role includes onsite at MGB local sites and Assembly Row. 

  • Remote Working days require stable, quiet, secure working area that is HIPAA compliant

  • Onsite events are planned ahead, working days onsite weekly vary for department needs, must be flexible.
