Responsibilities
- Develop messaging frameworks and creative direction for brand and marketing campaigns.
- Create internal briefs and narrative guidelines to ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and creatives to produce content in English and Spanish.
- Maintain brand voice consistency across all customer touchpoints and channels.
- Lead campaign initiatives from concept through rollout in partnership with the Head of Marketing & Creative.
- Drive creative storytelling ensuring clarity, confidence, and cultural relevance.
- Identify and implement AI tools for efficient and ethical creative production.
- Develop workflows to integrate AI-assisted content generation and automation.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing, communications, or related fields.
