Manager - Talent Acquisition

Lumos is seeking a Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead a dynamic team of recruiters, focusing on strategic hiring initiatives that drive company growth while enhancing the candidate experience.

  • Monitor recruiting performance and adjust strategies.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
