The Salesforce Media Cloud Business Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimizing Salesforce Media Cloud to support the order-to-cash process for Lowe's Media Network. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is configured for maximum efficiency, data integrity, and user adoption, all while driving revenue generation goals. They will act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, overseeing all aspects of Salesforce Media Cloud administration, including user support, system customization, and seamless integration with sales tools to enhance business processes.
