Responsibilities
- Manage general ledgers for assigned properties including monthly journal entries and reconciliations.
- Prepare financial reporting packages on assigned properties including analyses and schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts based on lease and expense data.
- Coordinate with external auditors and prepare draft financial statements.
- Handle special projects as assigned.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- CPA preferred but not required
