Technical Support Specialist for BI - APAC (Hospitality background required)

Lighthouse is seeking a full-time Technical Support Specialist to enhance the customer experience in the APAC region, focusing on the hospitality industry. The right candidate will support users of our BI platform, ensuring they can maximize its potential.

Responsibilities

  • Attend to client questions and technical troubleshooting related to BI products.
  • Collaborate with Engineering & Product teams for issue resolution.
  • Educate users on maximizing product utility.
  • Respond to customer queries via chat or email.
  • Prepare user manuals and support materials.
  • Identify process improvements and participate in reviews.

Education

  • Background in hospitality or revenue management
